Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals residing in Switzerland who are at least 16 years old.

Registration & Wallet Pass

To join the PUERTO MATE® Social Club, you must register for a digital Wallet Pass. Each person may register only one pass.

Puro Stamps

Puro Stamps are awarded when checking in at official PUERTO MATE® events. Details of each promotion will be communicated individually.

Rewards

Collected stamps can be used to unlock benefits at each level – depending on your activity in the PUERTO MATE® Social Club. Rewards are directly handed out at our PMSC flagship events. Product rewards will be delivered exclusively. Additional terms may apply for specific promotions and limited goodies.

Misuse & Exclusion

In cases of suspected misuse (e.g. repeated scanning, falsified data, etc.), we reserve the right to exclude users from the club.

Data Protection

Our data protection policy applies. Personal data will be used solely to carry out club-related activities.

Changes

PUERTO MATE® reserves the right to adjust or terminate the club program or individual conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the club site.
